Do we have to replace everything at once?
No, and we’d usually advise against it. We start with the process that is costing you the most (often stock or invoicing), get it working properly, then add the next one. A business cannot stop trading while its systems are rebuilt.
What happens to the data we already have?
It comes with you. Existing customer lists, stock records and balances are migrated and reconciled against your books before go-live. Where records conflict, we show you the conflicts rather than silently picking one.
Will it work when the internet is bad?
That is a design requirement here, not an afterthought. We build so that the parts of the system your staff use every hour keep working on a weak connection, and sync when it returns.
Who owns the system at the end?
You do: the software, the data and the documentation. We build things that can be maintained by another team if you ever choose to move on.
How long does it take?
A first working module is usually live within eight to twelve weeks. A full rollout across a mid-sized business typically runs six to nine months, staged so you get value long before the end.
