Who we are
Where HEDEB came from, and who is behind it.
We are a software company based in Mogadishu. We design, build and support the systems our clients run their businesses on, and we stay involved after the work is delivered. The same people who built it are the people who answer when something needs attention.
We are deliberately small. Every project has someone senior on it, and nobody is handed to a team they have never spoken to.

Why we build the way we do.
Most business software fails quietly. It gets bought, half-installed, and abandoned within a year, not because the technology was wrong, but because nobody asked how the business actually works before building for it.
We would rather build something smaller that gets used every day than something impressive that gets used for a month. That means asking uncomfortable questions early, and occasionally telling a client they do not need what they came in asking for.

What working with us is actually like.
We work locally, in person, and in plain language. You will not be sold a licence for software written for a market that does not resemble yours, and you will not be quoted for work nobody can explain the purpose of.
What you get is a working system, the training to use it, documents you can keep, and a number to call. What you will not get is a surprise renewal you did not agree to.
