DeynCare

A debt management system for businesses that sell on credit. Every customer, what they owe, what they have paid, and what is still outstanding, in one place that more than one person can trust.

In development

Status: in development. DeynCare is being built now. It is not open for sign-ups, there is no pricing yet, and no trial is available. The features below describe what is being built, not what you can use today.

Selling on credit is normal. Losing track of it is expensive.

Almost every business that supplies other businesses ends up carrying debt. The trouble is rarely the credit itself. It is that nobody can say, on any given morning, exactly what is owed.

  • Balances that get argued about because two records disagree.
  • Follow-up that depends on someone remembering.
  • No reliable figure for total exposure at any moment.
  • Old debt that quietly becomes uncollectable.
  • Records that leave when a staff member does.

The features being built.

What DeynCare will do when it is finished.

Customer accounts

Every customer with their full history of what was taken, what was paid and when.

Payments against balances

Record a payment and see the outstanding balance change, instead of recalculating by hand.

Live outstanding balance

Per customer and in total, so exposure is a number rather than a feeling.

Reminders and follow-up

Due dates that surface before they are missed, not after.

Ageing and collection reports

How old the debt is, who is slipping, and what is at risk.

Staff accounts and permissions

More than one person can be trusted with it, with a record of who did what.

Businesses where credit is part of the relationship.

  • Wholesalers supplying retailers who pay after they sell.
  • Retailers with regular customers on running accounts.
  • Suppliers and distributors carrying balances across many small buyers.
  • Service businesses that invoice and wait.

What DeynCare is not

  • Not a full accounting system. It tracks debt, not your whole ledger.
  • Not a credit scoring service. It records your own history, not anyone else’s.
  • Not a collections agency. It tells you what to chase; the chasing is still yours.

Saying what a product is not is as useful as saying what it is. It saves everyone a conversation that was never going to end well.

Sell on credit? We want to hear how you track it.

We’re talking to businesses that sell on credit while we build. If that’s you, your situation would genuinely shape the product.
